the langham has a fantastic location, just a few blocks from the empire state building and high-end shops. we really enjoyed the executive club lounge for breakfast every morning. the staff was outstanding, especially the front desk team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The spa options and beautiful fitness center really helped us unwind during our trip. Although we felt a bit pressured at check-in about upgrading our room, it didn't ruin our overall great experience. 🎉
